CLEVELAND, Model MKET-12-T & MKET-20, Table Type Tilting, 12 & 20 Gallon, Electric Mixer Kettle with permanently filled steam jacket, 50 psi jacket rating and safety valve, Solid State Temperature (±1°F) and Low Water Safety Controls, rear mounted Combination Pressure/Vacuum Gauge, infinitely variable speed, 3/4 H.P. Timing Belt Drive, bayonet mounted Agitator and Scraper with removable blades, safety device prevents high speed starts, mixing stops when bridge is lifted. Kettle and all exterior surfaces are Stainless Steel.

Rolled Rim
Re-inforced rolled rim design prevents damage to kettle rim, eliminates “bar rim designs”

Kettle and all exterior surfaces are of type 304 stainless steel with an #4 finish

Solid state water level control (no sight glass gauge to break or leak)

Splash proof element cover with a double gasket seal

Mixing
Infinitely variable speed for all conditions; scraper from 0-70 rpm, agitator from 0-210 rpm.

Safety Device prevents High Speed Starts.
Mixing stops when bridge is lifted.
Agitator and Scraper are bayonet mounted for easy removal.
Enclosed, balanced, 10 Gauge Stainless Steel Mixer Bridge.

Pressure/Vacuum Gauge and Pressure Relief Valve.
Solid State Temperature Control
Accurate, consistant solid state temperature controls (mechanical thermostat not as accurate) – less than ±1°C variance (ideal for simmering). Operating temperature range from 145° – 260°F (63°C – 127°C) Control panel includes: LED indicator for heat cycle, LED indicator for low water Power ON/OFF switch, Adjustable temperature control dial.

Steam Jacket
50 PSI (3.5 Bar) Steam Jacket Rating for faster cooking. Steam jacket filled with treated water, venting and/or refilling is not required.
