Installation requested on your PO? Send it to orders@clevelandrange.com and we begin immediately.

  • Site Survey Scheduled
We coordinate a Factory Authorized Service (FAS) provider to verify electrical, water, steam, gas, drain, and space requirements before shipping — for both new installs and replacement units.
  • Ship When Ready
Equipment is held until the site is approved or required modifications are completed. This prevents delays, failed installs, and unnecessary return visits.
  • Installation Kit Recommended
For the smoothest setup, we recommend purchasing the appropriate installation kit for your unit type.
  • Delivery, Install & Startup
Once approved, your equipment ships to the FAS for delivery, installation, and removal/disposal (if requested).
Your startup is performed at the time of installation, ensuring the unit is installed correctly and operational immediately.
