The new TURBOJET II “Cleveland Cook Chill Tanks” are designed to provide a turbulent circulated 180F water bath for cooking and a 35 ā 40F circulated chilled water for cooling product. Selfācontained built in electric heating system, no boiler required. Product Chillers features builtāin direct expansion refrigeration, eliminating a separate ice builder, providing 35 ā 40F turbulent circulated chilled water for cooling product from 180 – 40F available in 75 and 100 gallon capacities, 10″ Touch Screen controls, 30 recipe storage, product time and temperature control monitoring.
