Check below for our process.
1. Order Received
If you requested an installation on your PO, please submit the PO documentation along with your Installation & Site Survey Form, so we can begin processing immediately. This helps ensure a timely dispatch.
2. Site Survey Setup
Site Survey Request:
If a site survey (11000116000) is purchased, we authorize a Factory Authorized Service (FAS) provider to perform it ā just as we do for installation and startup.
You may select your preferred FAS technician. If no preference is provided, we will advise based on our team’s discretion,
Please Note: All site survey purchases must include an installation purchase, as the site survey is designed to support the installation process.
3. Installation Setup
Installation Request:
If installation is requested on the PO, please complete the form below or review the Installation Kit Recommendations by model.
This pre-installation review ensures the space is fully prepared before shipping, helping prevent delays or unexpected issues.
4. Ship When Ready
Equipment is held until the site is approved or required modifications are completed. This prevents delays, failed installs, and unnecessary return visits.
Once the site is approved, equipment ships to the FAS for delivery, installation, and removal/disposal (if requested).
Please Note: Site Survey may come back requiring the site to make modifications or may indicate the equipment purchased does not work for your location. Ship date of equipment may change depending on site readiness or installation availability.
5. Installation & Startup Completion
Once shipped to the FAS, they will inspect the equipment, deliver, install and remove/dispose of the old equipment (separate purchase).
Startup is completed at the time of installation.
This ensures a clear, coordinated, frustration-free path from order to operation ā no surprises, no stress.
