Cleveland Range hosted another successful "SteamPro" Product Knowledge Workshop in September for 35 Foodservice professionals from various regions and channel segments across the country.

Cleveland pioneered the "hands on" training concept in the foodservice equipment industry holding the first session decades ago.

The attendees learned first hand the basics of steam cooking and selling opportunities through a mix of classroom work, applications presentations, and live cooking on all the Cleveland family of products.

The Cleveland team of Corporate Chefs and Product Managers were on hand to explain the features and benefits available only with the Cleveland brand of steam cookers; steam jacketed kettles; braising pans; cook chill and the Convotherm by Cleveland line of combi-oven/ steamers.
